Getting Kids To Eat Vegetables
Day in, day out, parents all over the world are trying to get their children to eat more vegetables. It is a challenge. One way to subtly influence them is to start off by cooking dishes that have both meat and vegetables in them. Thai style minced pork with thai basil is a popular staple in Thailand but in this version, we added in long beans and choy poh, ingredients that appear in the Chinese version of this dish.
